Kabalk Sauna is a long-running men's gay sauna on Rua Santa Luíza in Maracanã, in Rio's Zona Norte. It has a steam room and a dry sauna, showers, air-conditioned rest cabins, massage rooms, a bar and a video room, and stages interactive shows on some evenings. It opens every day from 2 PM to 9 PM; entry is R$60 and under-18s are not admitted.

Rio G Spa is a men's club and gay sauna in Ipanema, a few blocks from the beach, pitched as the place to shower off after a day on the sand.
