Spa Naturel at Mercure Manchester Norton Grange
Spa Naturel is the spa and leisure club of the Mercure Manchester Norton Grange Hotel in Castleton, south-west Rochdale. Its thermal spa has a rock sauna, a bio sauna, a steam room, an aroma steam room, an ice room, a hydrotherapy pool and an 18m heated indoor pool, plus a Mud Rasul chamber. Non-residents can book a Deluxe Thermal Spa Experience (£65 Mon–Thu, £80 Fri–Sun, with lunch and Mud Rasul) or a £50 weekday twilight evening from 5pm.
