Irene Forte Spa is the spa of the Hotel de Russie on Via del Babuino, between Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps, designed around the hotel's Secret Garden with organic textures, soft lighting and Sicilian influences in its colours and scents. It has a saltwater hydro pool, a sauna and a steam room, alongside treatment rooms for holistic rituals and skincare. The spa opens daily from 8:00 to 20:00, and treatments are booked directly with the spa.
