A small wellness lounge on Fair Oaks Boulevard in Sacramento built around private contrast therapy. The infrared sauna is booked as a "Private infrared sauna suite complete with amenities and enough room for friends", and the cold plunge sits in its own private suite with a shower; booked together they are sold as the Fire & Ice ritual. Open Tuesday to Friday 10 AM to 6 PM and weekends 10 AM to 4 PM, with Mondays reserved for private events.
