Description
Rytual is a guided bathhouse in downtown Salt Lake City near the Ballpark TRAX stop. Each booked session takes a group capped at twelve through infrared and steam saunas, a cold plunge, breathwork and sound, with a host who reads the room and calls people back from the cold. Sessions run at set times, from noon, 5:30 and 7 PM on weekdays and three slots each weekend morning, and start from $42.
