Hotel Schloss Mönchstein is a five-star castle hotel on the Mönchsberg, directly above Salzburg's old town, whose 300 m² Mönchstein Spa is open to day guests as well as residents. The spa has a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, a 36 °C whirlpool in the garden, a relaxation terrace and a gym, with a heated outdoor infinity pool overlooking the city in summer.
