Description
Barceló San José is a hotel in La Uruca, north-west of the city centre. Its gym, which sells memberships, has machines, cardio and free weights, spinning, yoga and dance classes, and a sauna, steam and hydromassage circuit for after training. A salon with beauty treatments, a barbershop and massage sits alongside. The gym opens 6am to 10pm on weekdays, 8am to 8pm on Saturdays and 8am to 4pm on Sundays and holidays.
