Pulau Bulan is the 22nd-floor spa of the JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo, fed by the Sapporo Station hot spring that rises beneath the station's south exit, and open to non-guests aged 18 and over. The separate men's and women's areas each have a hot-spring bath, a Finnish sauna and a cold bath with city views; men add a steam sauna and women a thermarium sauna. Entry is ¥3,300 with towels and spa wear. Open 12:00–23:00, last entry 22:30; tattoos are refused.
