Men have a 91 °C far-infrared dry sauna and a herbal steam salt sauna; women have a 90 °C dry sauna, a steam salt sauna and a 75 °C binchotan sauna that a 2025 notice says is paused. Cold baths are 15–16 °C and a resident heat-wave master runs scheduled löyly. Baths open 6:00–2:00.

Both sides have a stone-heated high-temperature sauna, 100 °C for men and 90 °C for women, with auto-löyly every hour at half past from 9:30 to 23:30, plus a steam salt sauna. The men's open-air area adds a barrel sauna with self-löyly. Cold baths sit at 16.5 °C with indoor and outdoor rest chairs, alongside a carbonated spring, herbal baths and bedrock baths. The baths are open 6:00–3:00.
