Ofuro Cafe bijinyu is a hot-spring bath and lounge in Kagoue, Aoi ward, that pairs two springs drawn from 1,500 metres down: a sulphurous Kaburao spring trucked in daily and the strongly alkaline Kagoue spring at pH 9.9. Besides the hot-spring, sitting and lukewarm baths it has a mushiburo steam room, plus a fireplace lounge, a library of 10,000 comics and a cafe. A free-time pass costs ¥1,480 on weekdays; open 10:00 to midnight, with early baths from 5:00.

Kur and Hotel Suruga Kenko Land is a 24-hour kenko land (health spa) with an attached hotel at Okitsu on Suruga Bay, with hot-spring baths overlooking the sea. It runs five saunas: a Finnish sauna at 86–91°C, a high-temperature bakuhanseki stone sauna up to 104°C, a salt sauna, a kanpo herbal far-infrared sauna and a steam crystal sauna, with a cold bath and a cold mineral spring. A swimwear Bade zone opens at weekends. Day entry is ¥1,980, with a late-night surcharge after 3:00.

ALULA Sports & Spa is a large members' sports club in Naganuma-minami, Aoi ward, close to JR Higashi-Shizuoka Station. Its third-floor bath area uses Aoi Onsen, a privately drilled calcium-sodium chloride hot spring, with an open-air bath, a sitting bath and a löyly sauna where aroma water is poured on the stove. Upstairs are a 25-metre pool with a swimwear steam sauna, an open-air poolside jacuzzi with views of Nihondaira, a golf range and a hot-yoga studio. Closed on Tuesdays.

Club hours run 9:00 to 23:00 Monday to Thursday, shorter at weekends; closed on Fridays.
