Revival Shed
Revival Shed is a community sauna at Leigh Marina on Leigh-on-Sea High Street, with views over the Thames Estuary. It has a traditional Finnish sauna for up to four people and an infrared sauna for three, plus two ice baths on an open deck, a chill-out area, changing rooms and showers. Sessions last one hour and are booked online, with off-peak and peak rates.
The Life Works Project
The Life Works Project is a dedicated infrared sauna studio on London Road in Leigh-on-Sea. Each 40-minute session is taken in a private room with its own full-spectrum infrared sauna pod, chromotherapy lighting and Bluetooth sound. A cold room and red light therapy are also offered. Single sessions cost £38, or £48 with red light and a cold dip. Closed on Tuesdays.
