Cornaro Hotel, a four-star hotel just north of Diocletian's Palace, has a small spa with a Finnish sauna, a steam bath and a jacuzzi for up to four people, plus rooftop jacuzzis, massages, facial and body treatments and a fitness room. Sauna and jacuzzi are free with prior booking for guests in City View, Deluxe rooms and suites and otherwise charged at hotel rates; the site says nothing about entry for outside visitors.
