FLOAT STL Midtown

FLOAT STL opened in Midtown in 2015 as the first float centre in St. Louis and has since grown into a recovery studio built around contrast therapy. Guests move between an infrared sauna held at 110-135°F and a cold plunge bath at roughly 40-59°F; a 45-minute contrast session costs $60 and is offered at this location only. Float pods, an Ammortal chamber, Normatec compression and massage round out the menu. Open Wednesday to Sunday, closed Monday and Tuesday for cleaning.
