The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis

The spa at the Four Seasons on the downtown riverfront runs to over 12,000 square feet on a floor overlooking the Mississippi. Both the men's and women's locker rooms carry a whirlpool, a eucalyptus-scented chromatherapy steam room and an infrared sauna, with a rain-head cold shower to finish the circuit, and co-ed relaxation lounges and a tranquillity pool sit behind them. The facilities are open to spa guests aged 16 and over; the spa runs 8:30 am to 6:30 pm daily.
