Recovery Room Sippy Downs, in Fairfax Village, has a traditional Finnish sauna of Western red cedar heated to about 80 degrees, a private infrared sauna, magnesium hot and ice bath contrast pools, Normatec compression and a mobility zone. A 20-minute Finnish sauna session is $29 and a 45-minute private infrared session $39; protocols combine sauna with the contrast pools. Open weekdays 8 AM to 8 PM and weekends 8 AM to 6 PM.
