Halsa Sauna Caswell

Halsa Sauna sits at the western end of Caswell Bay on the Gower coast, a short walk across the beach from the Caswell Bay car park. Its sauna seats up to eight and looks out to sea, with three cold dip barrels and three cold showers for cooling and changing rooms beside it. It sells 55-minute communal sessions for up to 8, private sessions for up to 6 and two-hour exclusive hire, every day from 7am to 9pm. It has no toilets of its own; the nearest are at the car park.
