Tŷ Sawna

Tŷ Sawna calls itself Wales' first beach sauna: two bespoke wood-fired barrel saunas on Oxwich Bay beach in Gower, Tŷ Bach Twt for 8 and Tŷ Mawr for 10, with half-moon panoramic windows onto the sea, which serves as the plunge pool. Communal 55-minute sessions cost £18 (£12 at Thursday Club), private hire starts at £95, and guided 90-minute rituals include salt inhalations, aromatherapy infusions and leaf whisking. Silent Mindful Mondays run 8am to noon.
