Papermill Saunas is a wood-fired sauna and hot tub site at Papermill Fishery in Fforestfach, Swansea, in a secluded riverside setting in the Welsh countryside. Every session includes two ice baths, two waterfall buckets and a cold shower. A 55-minute communal session costs £15, private sauna hire £60 an hour, and Wellness Wednesday sessions, including men's, women's and mixed hours, cost £12. Booking is by WhatsApp; closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
