Hidamari no Yu
Walk-in natural hot-spring complex north of Takayama Station with a Finnish-style sauna heated to nearly 100°C and a 16°C cold bath. The operator lists ¥1,150 adult day admission and a free station shuttle; its outdoor bath is currently suspended.
Inariyu Takayama
Neighborhood public bath near Takayama Jinya with a newly rebuilt wood-fired biocoke sauna and very soft well water. The operator sells an ¥850 sauna-inclusive ticket and posts which bathing side has the sauna each day, so visitors should check that day’s allocation.
Sauna Max at LiveMax Resort Hida Takayama
Day-use thermal bath and sauna at the former Garyu no Sato, now operated by LiveMax. Its Sauna Max area includes spacious sauna rooms, cold baths and rest spaces, with entry available independently of a hotel room. Adult nonresident admission is ¥1,200.
Takayama Green Hotel Honjin Bath
Hotel hot-spring bath open to walk-in visitors, with separate men’s and women’s sauna rooms in the Honjin bath, outdoor pools and a Japanese garden. The sauna is in the evening day-use bath daily; daytime admission uses Honjin only Friday through Sunday. Adult entry is ¥1,500.
