Description
Forza Fit Healthcenter is a fitness club in The Hague with group classes, martial arts, a ladies gym and physiotherapy. It keeps separate sauna facilities for women and men: each changing area has its own dry sauna and a steam bath at around 40 C. Fitness members use the saunas without limit, and the club recommends training first and taking the sauna afterwards.
