Totoken, short for totonoi laboratory, is a small running station and sauna in Nihonbashi-Hamacho, five minutes' walk from the Sumida River, made by the Houyhnhnm Running Club with a beer bar on the ground floor. The men's floor has a 12-seat sauna with an iki stove and a 9 °C cold plunge; the women's 8-seat sauna has a ZIEL heater for self-löyly. Sauna-only entry is ¥1,500 an hour on weekdays. Open 12:00–23:00, from 10:00 at weekends; cashless.
