NRG Haus

NRG Haus is a social wellness club in Liberty Village built around contrast therapy and an alcohol-free lounge. Its sauna seats sixty, and several temperature-controlled cold plunge tubs with LED lighting let guests pick their level of cold exposure. A 90-minute contrast therapy session costs $45, and 120-minute Haus Party sessions with live DJs run Friday to Sunday at $49. A functional mocktail lounge and IV therapy round out the visit.
