Othership's Yorkville location on Bloor Street West pairs a Western Red Cedar performance sauna with eight ice baths and guided breathwork. Sessions follow a set rhythm: arrive and settle in, a guided sauna round, an ice bath, then integration in the community space. Saunas run up to 85°C and ice baths sit between 0°C and 4°C. Guests change into a swimsuit before entering the social commons.
