Hotel Deutscher Hof admits external guests to its sauna floor for a separate admission fee. It has a Finnish sauna, steam bath, tepidarium, whirlpool and roof terrace. The sauna opens from 4 to 9:30 p.m. and asks visitors to announce their arrival half an hour beforehand; towels and robes are not included for outside guests.
