Avalon Wellness Thermarium

Avalon Wellness in Sgonico offers separately bookable access to its Thermarium spa, about seven kilometres north of central Trieste. The area has a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, Turkish steam bath, whirlpool, sensory showers and relaxation rooms, with weekly Aufguss sessions. Booking is mandatory, guests must be 16 or older, and the sauna area is textile-free.
