Description
ARCTIC Recovery is a contrast-therapy and massage studio on Jalan Sriwedari in central Ubud, with saunas, hot and cold plunge pools, a pool and chill-out area and a restaurant. Its signature ARCTIC Recovery session runs 55 minutes for IDR 550,000, and it also offers sauna rental, private steam and breathwork sessions, evening steam rituals, massages and scrubs. It opens daily from 9:00 to 23:00 and admits guests aged 12 and over.
