ARCTIC Recovery is a contrast-therapy and massage studio on Jalan Sriwedari in central Ubud, with saunas, hot and cold plunge pools, a pool and chill-out area and a restaurant. Its signature ARCTIC Recovery session runs 55 minutes for IDR 550,000, and it also offers sauna rental, private steam and breathwork sessions, evening steam rituals, massages and scrubs.
