A guided sauna and ice bath club near Wien Mitte, built around 60-minute classes rather than open bathing. Sessions run between 65 and 105 degrees in the sauna and 3 to 7 degrees in the ice bath, in formats called Recharge, Relax, Energize and Grow, with breathwork and stretching between rounds. A single 60-minute sauna and ice bath class costs 35 euro, a 20-minute ice bath 15 euro, and the ice bath takes up to four people at a time. Swimwear is required.
