Description
Wave Wellness is an appointment-only recovery studio on Laskin Road with private infrared sauna suites, each with its own vitamin-C shower. Saunas hold up to four people and run at 120–160°F; sessions last 60 minutes. Extra-large cold plunge tubs fit two, and contrast therapy suites pair sauna and plunge. A single sauna session costs $49, a cold plunge $25 and contrast therapy $59. Closed Mondays.
