Sequoia Spa at The Grove
Sequoia is the spa of The Grove, a country-house hotel at Chandler's Cross just west of Watford. Facilities include a 22-metre black mosaic-tiled pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna and a steam room, plus a newer terrace sauna with an ice bath for hot and cold contrast. Non-residents can visit on a booked spa day or spa experience; full spa days are priced from £370 per person. The spa opens Monday to Friday 6am to 9pm and weekends 7.30am to 8pm.
