Embody Saunas

Embody Saunas is a wood-fired seaside sauna at the east end of Pito-one (Petone) Beach, between Hikoikoi Reserve and McEwan Park, looking across the harbour to Matiu and the city. One-hour sessions run as three 15-minute rounds of heat with cold plunges or ocean dips in between, and the sauna fits up to eight people. A session costs $22, with 5- and 10-trip passes, and the sauna can be hired for private groups and events.
