Description
Recovery Hub is a recovery studio in Hutt Central, Lower Hutt, with a cedar-lined traditional sauna and a private infrared sauna room, each paired with an ice bath, alongside compression boots, lymphatic rollers and massage. The traditional sauna takes up to four people per booking, and a solo booking may share with one other; the infrared room has its own ice bath and shower. Sessions run 30 or 60 minutes, and it opens daily, from 6am on Sundays.
