The Kaiser-Friedrich-Therme is Wiesbaden's historic Irish-Roman bath, a columned palace built on the foundations of a Roman sweat bath. Its 1,450 m² sauna area runs from tepidarium and sudatorium to a Russian steam bath, a stone steam bath, a sanarium and a Finnish Aufguss sauna, with a cold plunge, ice rain and thermal pools at 37°C and 39°C. It is textile-free except on Thursdays (textile day); Tuesday is ladies' day. Entry from age 16, from €15 for two hours.
