Description
Sauna am Lenneberg in Mainz-Gonsenheim opened in 1955 and calls itself the oldest sauna in Mainz. This small independent sauna has two rooms: a classic Finnish sauna at 80–90 °C with Aufguss sessions several times a day, and a gentler bio-sauna at 70–80 °C with music and colour lighting. A garden, a bistro and massages complete it. It is closed on Mondays; Tuesdays and Thursday mornings to 4 pm are women only. A day ticket costs €24.
