Saunic Stafford

Saunic is a social community sauna and cold plunge space at 665 Stafford Street, built around contrast therapy rather than spa silence: music plays and conversation is encouraged. It has two cedar saunas, a large electric one and a wood-burning mobile one, kept at 80 to 90 °C, plus four cold plunge tubs from about 20 °C down to 5 °C. Sessions run 110 minutes (50-minute express option), guests must be 16+, and the whole space can be booked for private groups.
