Pocca Poca Spa on Waverley Street specialises in ganban-yoku, the Japanese hot stone bath: guests in provided outfits lie on heated stone beds that radiate far-infrared heat, alternating with rest in a cooling lounge. The main ganban-yoku room is communal for up to six people, and a premium volcanic stone suite is reserved for two. A 60-minute session costs $55 and 90 minutes $75; the private suite is $135 for two. Massage and shiatsu packages are also offered.
