La Sauna Aarhus

La Sauna runs guided saunagus by Godsbanen, five minutes' walk from Aarhus Central Station. Each 75-minute session has three rounds of 12 to 15 minutes with essential oils, music and towel-waving by a gusmester, cold showers between rounds and a quiet rest at the end. Places are booked per session or with a shareable clip card, swimwear is required, and the sauna can be hired whole for company or private events.
