Description
Sauna85 runs guided saunagus sessions at Volume Village on Thomas Koppels Gade, in a sauna for up to 25 guests with separate changing rooms, cold outdoor showers and lockers. A session lasts about 75 minutes: three rounds of 10 to 12 minutes with essential oils and music, with cooling breaks between. Swimwear is required. A 5-ticket Aarhus card costs 700 DKK. Sauna85 has lost its Volume Village lease; sessions run as normal there until the end of November 2026.
