HotSpot Sauna
HotSpot Sauna is an independent outdoor sauna in the back garden of PadelPadel in Aarhus N, built around guided saunagus. Every 75-minute session runs three rounds at about 90°C with breaks in a filtered cold tub kept at around 4°C, plus outdoor showers, and ends with social sauna. A single session costs 165 kr and unlimited membership 1,000 kr a month; yoga, pilates and social runs include a gus. Groups can book private sessions or the whole site.

Surf Agency is a stand-up paddle and outdoor wellness base at Aarhus Lystbådehavn with a large panoramic electric sauna for 20, two barrel saunas and two hot tubs (vildmarksbade) overlooking Aarhus Ø. Open saunagus sessions last 75 minutes with three rounds and dips in a cooled cold tub or under a cold cascade, then free sauna time; a ticket costs 160 kr. Groups of up to 48 can book the sauna and hot tubs privately.

Aarhus Svømmestadion is the city's municipal 50-metre pool, with saunas in the men's and women's changing rooms and an outdoor sauna by the summer diving pool. Saunagus runs in the outdoor sauna every Tuesday and Thursday at 18, 19 and 20, a 16 kr add-on to the 57 kr adult entry, with a three-round Friday gus from 16:00. The outdoor sauna normally opens 1 June to 31 August and closes to other guests during saunagus.
