Description
The Intown Retreat is a full-service spa and yoga studio on Church Street in downtown Decatur with a co-ed sauna and cold plunge room. The sauna delivers the classic dry heat of a traditional sauna and the plunge is filtered constantly and refilled frequently; guests wear bathing suits. A single visit costs $35 for 60 minutes or $20 for 30 minutes and includes lockers, changing rooms and showers, with unlimited monthly plans from $120. Open every day 9 AM to 9 PM.
