Description
The Athletic Recovery Centre's Sea Point branch on Main Road is the newest of the ARC recovery hubs, whose team is the official recovery partner of the DHL Stormers rugby side. Visitors book ice baths, hybrid saunas that combine infrared panels with traditional heating elements, compression boots, self-service Therabody stations and sports massage. A hybrid sauna session lasts 30 to 45 minutes and costs R250. It opens Monday to Friday 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday 6:30 to 11:30 AM.
