Description
Light House Holistic is a rooftop wellbeing clubhouse on the sixth floor of The Barracks on Bree Street in the city centre, with a Nordic-style sauna facing Table Mountain beside a 13-metre saltwater pool, plus unheated yoga, aerial yoga, a café and a coworking lounge. A R240 drop-in pass covers one sauna, yoga or coworking session and the house for the day. It opens 7 AM to 5 PM except Sundays from May to October, and 7 AM to 7 PM daily from November to March.
