Portico Longevity is a physician-led longevity practice, medical spa and day spa on George Street in downtown Charleston. Its cold plunge and infrared sauna session takes place in a private room: a pre-heated 140-degree infrared sauna followed by a pre-cooled ice bath at 39 degrees, with towels and slippers provided. The day spa also offers massage and facials, and the practice runs IV therapy and direct primary care.
