Derby Wild Sauna is a community sauna in the grounds of Derby Rugby Football Club at Darley Abbey, and calls itself the first community sauna in Derby and the biggest in the Midlands. A bespoke sauna is paired with three filtered cold plunge pools set at 4°C and 8°C, hot and cold showers, changing rooms and hot tea. Sessions last 75 minutes and are booked online, and the sauna can be hired privately for groups of up to 14. Open weekday evenings from 4 PM and from 8 AM at weekends.
