Limitless by Autopay
Limitless by Autopay is a year-round beach sauna spot in a coastal forest in southern Sopot, 80 m from the Baltic near the Gdańsk border (beach entrance no. 42). It has two Finnish saunas for up to 12 people each, two ice-bath tubs, sea dips with winter-swimming instructors, aroma sessions and a small functional gym. A 1.5-hour open sauna entry costs 69–95 PLN, and both saunas can be booked privately.
Para - Towarzystwo Saunowe
Para is a small seaside sauna at the end of the Nadmorski boulevard in Gdynia Redłowo, designed and built by its own team in a Scandinavian-inspired, do-it-yourself spirit. Open sessions last 1 hour 15 minutes and cost 55 zł on weekdays and 65 zł at weekends; the whole sauna can be hired for up to 9 people. There is no shower: guests cool off in the sea or a cold-water tank.
Balola Spa, Hotel Gdańsk Boutique
Balola Spa is a 450 m² spa on the top floor of Hotel Gdańsk Boutique on the Motława riverside, run by the Sopot-founded Balola brand. Besides seven treatment rooms it has a separate Sauna Center with a Finnish sauna, a steam sauna and an infrared sauna, which can be reserved for exclusive use. The spa is open from 10 AM to 8 PM every day except Tuesday.
