The John W. Lindsay YMCA is a 70,000-square-foot fitness and aquatic centre at South Park and Sackville Streets in downtown Halifax, facing Citadel Hill. Its sauna and steam room are in the adult-only Plus changerooms, which come with a Plus membership (individual $49.80 biweekly) together with towel service and a lounge. It is open Monday to Friday 5:45 AM to 10 PM and on weekends 7 AM to 8 PM.
