Benetre Hiroshima is a sauna lounge in the HiroPa complex beside the Edion Peace Wing stadium. It has two saunas: a social room set above 100°C for 16 people with auto-löyly every 15 minutes and regular Aufguss, and a silent meditation sauna at 85°C with self-löyly and daily aroma water. A chilled cold plunge runs at 14 to 17°C, followed by an indoor rest room with infinity chairs. There is no bath, only showers. The sauna is men only; day use starts at ¥1,700 an hour.
