Hiki stargazing sauna is a reservation-based sauna on the fifth floor of the Nekoyacho Building in Naka-ku, where guests heat up while looking out on a small courtyard garden and cool off in a semi-outdoor rest area under the sky. The sauna has a cold plunge, and sessions are men's by default with ladies' days on Mondays and Friday daytimes. Tattoos are accepted, swimwear is optional, and groups of up to nine can hire the whole space.

MACHI:SAUNA HIROSHIMA is a reservation-based urban sauna in Teppocho, a few minutes from Hatchobori station. Its sauna room combines an electric stove with a wood-burning stove that is lit every evening from 7 pm, and Aufguss events run regularly. A 90 cm deep cold plunge at around 16°C holds five, and the open-air rest deck has infinity chairs. Sauna-only plans include an early-morning plan from 5:00 am to noon and a 60-minute plan, each ¥1,320, or a free-time plan of ¥2,530; no reservation is needed. It has 17 kinds of bath across a large bathhouse and open-air bath, a high-temperature sauna, rock-bed bathing, Korean-style scrubs and massage. Entry with sauna is ¥800 for adults, or ¥1,100 for an all-day pass with re-entry. It opens 11:00 am to midnight every day.

Manten-no-yu Kabe is a day bathhouse in Kabe, Asakita-ku, with two bathing halls, a Western-style one and a rock-bath one, that swap between men and women each month. Each has a high-temperature sauna, a low-temperature salt sauna and a cold bath, with an open-air bath, a high-concentration carbonated bath and a 'totonoi' rest room beside the outdoor area. It opens 10:00 am to 11:00 pm and closes on the second Wednesday.

Inari-yu is a neighbourhood sento in Ujina-kaigan, Minami-ku, four minutes from Kaigan-dori tram stop. Alongside a bath filtered with binchotan charcoal, jet, electric and herbal baths, it has an electric sauna set to 80°C, a mist sauna at 45°C and a cold bath kept at 18°C; the sauna costs ¥200 on top of the bath fee and comes with a towel. A tatami rest room serves drinks. It opens 11:00 am to 11:00 pm and closes on the third Thursday.

Spa Seare Gion is a large bathhouse inside AEON Mall Hiroshima Gion in Asaminami-ku. Its stadium sauna is billed as one of the largest in western Japan on the men's side, with auto-löyly every 20 minutes, and staff and guest Aufguss sessions run through the month. There is a cold bath, a carbonated open-air bath among large rocks, jet baths and a timber relaxation room. It opens 9:00 am to 11:00 pm; prices change from 1 November 2026 under the prefecture's bath fee revision.

Shioya Tennen Onsen Honoyu Rakurakuen is a day hot spring in Saeki-ku that pumps its spring from 1,100 m down and serves it free-flowing in the source and rock baths. The bathing floors have a high-temperature ocher (odo) sauna and a cold bath, and a separate jjimjilbang has a heat room where scheduled löyly shows pour aroma mist on hot stones, plus rock salt, stone and cooling rooms. It opens 9:00 am to 11:00 pm; the jjimjilbang closes at 10:30 pm.

Ujina Tennen Onsen Honoyu is a day hot-spring bath in Ujina-higashi, Minami-ku, serving free-flowing (kakenagashi) sodium-calcium chloride spring water, undiluted, in its open-air source bath and rock bath. A spacious sauna keeps its humidity with water that drips on to the stones at intervals, and a cold bath follows. There is also a carbonated bath, pot baths, jet and electric baths, a restaurant and massage. Opening hours are 9:00 am to 11:00 pm.

Ondo Onsen is a neighbourhood sento in Tanakamachi, Naka-ku, unusual for central Hiroshima in drawing its own hot spring: the previous owner began drilling in his garden in 1972 and struck sodium chloride water 850 m down twelve years later. Besides the spring bath it has a sauna, a cold bath, jet and bubble baths and a herbal bath. It opens from 1:00 pm until 1:00 am and closes on the second and fourth Sundays.

Setouchi Cycle Stays Hiroshima Ujina is a cyclists' hotel that opened in April 2026 inside the Urban Cycle Parks Hiroshima complex at the Hiroshima velodrome. Its large baths have a men's and a women's sauna with automatic löyly and a cold bath, and day visitors can bathe from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm for ¥1,000 including towels. Day bathing is not available while keirin races are being held.

Staffed hours are 9:00 am to 11:00 pm Tuesday to Friday, shorter at weekends, and the club closes from Sunday 8:00 pm to Tuesday 9:00 am.
