The Spa at The Post Oak Hotel is a 20,000-square-foot spa at 1600 West Loop South in Uptown Houston. Its hydrothermal area includes a sauna, an aroma steam room, a Tranquility Pool with hydrotherapy jets and a multi-sensory shower, plus a co-ed relaxation lounge with zero-gravity chairs; the hotel calls it the only hotel spa in Texas with a Biohacking facial machine. Open Monday to Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 7 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM.
