The spa of the Altis Grand Hotel on Rua Barata Salgueiro, just off Avenida da Liberdade, is open to all clients and sells a four-hour Thermofit spa circuit for €30 that combines a sauna, a heated pool, a jacuzzi and a Turkish bath; booking is required. Its menu adds massages, facials and a hot-and-cold Freeze & Restore reflexology. Open Monday to Friday 8:00–20:00 and at weekends and on holidays 10:00–19:00.
